That Moment…

For me that moment happened when I saw my book “The Monster: Blade of Darkness” shining on a stand in the Science Fiction section of the University of Oslo Science Library in Oslo, Norway.

The book has been recently donated to the Library as a contribution to its rich SciFi collection.

So now, if you are around Oslo, you can come to the Science Library at the Blindern Campus of the University of Oslo, borrow the book “The Monster: Blade of Darkness”, and enjoy reading it for free.

Road to Happiness… and into the Black Hole

Dear Amazing People,

The novel “The Monster: Blade of Darkness” may be my largest work and success so far, but it is not the only one. In the description of my writing activity at the Author page of this website I mentioned some more novels and short stories written by me back in my childhood and student days, including “Road to Happiness” and “The Black Hole”. These two stories were featured in the book “The Thoughts: the World of My Heart and Soul. The Favorites” that was published in 2007 and is currently available at Amazon.com, Lulu.com, Scribd, and the bookstore here. And now I have decided to share these stories openly on Wattpad for you to enjoy both the ancient legend about the origin of dolphins and the futuristic space adventures on a distant planet for free.

“Road to Happiness” is a beautiful legend written in the style of Ancient Greek mythology that tells you about how Good can heal even the most deep-rooted Evil. The legend also presents to you an interesting mythological theory of the origin of dolphins, specifically the bottlenose dolphin and the Ganges river dolphin. Thus, if you are interested in ancient empires, Gods and Goddesses, and legends about the origin of life, then “Road to Happiness” is a story you will enjoy. You can read it HERE (in Russian).

“The Black Hole” is a science fiction story about people’s first journey through hyperspace to the distant worlds. You will join the crew of an exploratory spaceship that travels through a black hole and finds itself on a faraway planet inhabited by strange life forms and unknown civilization. But the discovery the explorers make there is not so much about that alien civilization, but their own one. “The Black Hole” is what you need if you enjoy reading about space adventures, distant planets, and extraterrestrial life. A Look inside the Monster

Dear Amazing People,

The novel “The Monster: Blade of Darkness” continues to share its incredible adventures and insights about the interrelations between Human and Nature with people worldwide. Now the community of its readers is comprised of more than 40 amazing people from 10 different countries. And all these people have very good feedback on the novel that I share in the Testimonials section of this website and the Facebook page of the novel one by one.

However, if you have not joined this community yet, it might be difficult for you to decide on getting the book “The Monster: Blade of Darkness” without having a look inside it. In order to change that, I have created the preview version of the book with the first five chapters for you to get a feeling of its plot. “The Monster” in the World of Books

Dear Amazing People,

If you have been following updates on this website, you already know that my novel “The Monster: Blade of Darkness” is now all over Amazon: you can find it on the international website, its British version, the German one and so on. But besides Amazon, the book became also available on many other book selling platforms: Barnes&Noble, Foyles, SAXO, HotBookSale and many other. And now I have also listed the Russian version of the novel “The Monster: Blade of Darkness” on Lulu.

Lulu is an interesting initiative. It represents a self-publishing platform for authors to easily publish their books and bring them to the global market. The platform works based on the “print-on-demand” principle, where a book is published only when a reader orders it at www.lulu.com. This is quite a nice way to use natural resources for book-printing efficiently.

So, I have put up the paperback and e-book versions of “The Monster: Blade of Darkness” on Lulu, where you can now preview and purchase them. I have also decided to share my previous book, “The Thoughts: the World of My Heart and Soul. The Favorites”, on this platform as well. It is also available there in paperback and e-book formats. And overall you can find all my books available at Lulu on my author’s page there.

However, I do not just sell my books. They are also accessible to read for free at certain places, such as public libraries. For instance, you can now find both the Russian version of the novel “The Monster: Blade of Darkness” and the book “The Thoughts: the World of My Heart and Soul. The Favorites” at the ARTICO street library in Chisinau, Moldova. So, you can go there and get the taste of my writing for free.

All in all, my novel “The Monster: Blade of Darkness” slowly but steadily enters the global world of books. Soon it is going to be available for reading on many more book selling and sharing platforms all over the globe. And I am sure that one day I will reach your hands and mind.
